Has anyone rented off of stonewater housing in the UK?
I’m a single parent
The landlord is selling the house I’m in and I’m currently shortlisted for a house from Stonewater however due to covid and temporarily fostering siblings without financial help I had to get my first credit card (which I maxed to £1,000) I’m paying it back currently £200 a month and that makes my credit score low. Will this affect my chances of getting the house? I have 2 months to find somewhere else.
I have my may baby, a 13 year old, a 7 year old and a 4 year old (not how I saw myself by the end of 2020/beginning of 2021)
