Court Bundle advice

Hi guys

I'm due in court soon due to ex making malicious allegations and seeking residency order

I cannot afford a solicitor but have a direct access barrister

I am writing my position statement (but due to the many allegations it is far too long!)

Has anyone done this by themselves before and what do I need to include in my court bundle in layman terms?

It's especially hard in lockdown as my printer / scanner isn't the best but doing what I can.

I'm so scared about it all, and just need help

Key events and dates

Mine also made up a load of lies

Was awful

Is that the position statement which was two pages long or the actual court bundle

Honestly he has made up a lie about every aspect of DS's life from health, to education, to behaviour. But social services and police closed any cases
It's so stressful and I'm meant to be on anti depressants (got bad side effects so stopped taking them until this is over as. Need to be focused)

Funny that he never paid any child maintenance

They have seen these madmen before and know exactly who they are dealing with
