Has anyone attempted a schedule 1 claim as a litigant in person.
Any advice or hints would be welcomed please
I am quickly depleting savings and cannot afford anymore legal intervention. I felt they didn't help me much anyway.
Trying to get father to help us purchase a better home to live as he lives in a 4 bed townhouse and child and I in 1 bed flat.
