Have a final hearing for a non mol on exp(the non mol is already in place)
Emotionally, mentally and sexually abusive(statement has been made to the police over the rapes). I have womens aid, HV, sexual abuse charity all working with me and fighting my side and corner.
I am petrified of the non molestation going in his favour he is extremely manipulative and has not give any solid evidence to back his version of events. I have submitted my evidence and I have a video. I have a 6 week old DS and he was conceived from one of the assaults.
I feel so helpless that hes still going ahead when he knows he is lying and I have proved that with my evidence. Any advice please
