Been advised to consider residence order and non harassment order

As said above been advised by police and women and children first to apply for residence order and non harassment order just wondering if anyone had done this and had any advice/ words of wisdom etc. Feeling a bit frazzled!

If you're in the U.K. the orders are called child arrangements order and non molestation order, just so you know what to look into

Hi @CodenameVillanelle I thought that too but I'm in Scotland as this is what police and women and children first referred to them as
