Somebody before suggested my MP? how do I find out who that is??

I know this is an on-going saga. I've just been told that my complaint was closed on the 29th September... I wouldn't have closed this as I still have no resolution. I just don't know what to do anymore!

Ps. JD thank you for your kind offer. I may well take you up on it should I have to write further letters - which I probably will!!

i mailed my mp too after a previous thread and they mailed me back to say the CSA had no record of my reference number. great eh! (i only phone them every week)

An update...

Firstly I've had a name change.

Secondly and more importantly. I have what appears to be some prgoress...

Currently I have them phoning me everyday and the Cheif executives office are controlling this (i.e. telling me who to expect a call from and then calling me to check that the person did call).

The Chief Executive office have stated that they can not justofy the way the CSA have handled this case and have admitted full responsisbility. They have also stated that they can see no reason why my case has not been resolved. Also they can not understand why the CSA have not given me the money they received in September and they do not know why I have been told that I will not be receiving that money nor any money in October. I am also to receive a written apology (FWIW!!!!! )

So it's not perfect but at least it appears they are doing something.

I also received a letter from the house of commons stating that my issues with the CSA have been raised with insert some important sounding name and title so thank you to all the poeple who helped me find out who my MP was and especially to bundle who gave me the 'fax your mp' link!!!

I'm not holding my breath but at least it feels like a real start (after 18 long months are banging my head against a brick wall!!!)
