I can't bear it!!!! They can't spell!!! Or punctuate!!! Except of course for randomly distributed exclamation marks!!!!! And they all say "lol" EVEN WHEN THE PRECEDING STATEMENT WAS NOT AT ALL FUNNY.

Maybe I am just an intellectual snob.

nope - I am with you too (!!!)

It is so infuriating - they could at LEAST copy and paste from Word with the spell-checker; although that wouldn't account for the random exclamation marks.
