Had a court order since April.. everything been fine , he moved 40 minutes away But we sorted drop off and pick up etc..
Now im growing concerned , very worried. My Ex is a abusive but emotionally And play mind games.. He can be very scary with threats and has always says he will get the last laugh. He wanted all my kids.. I’m a nervous wreck but it was all going ok until my eldest who he has Pr for but is not real dad said ‘ daddy said he is taking us back ‘ he has a house in another part of the punter. She has said ‘ daddy says I’m not staying at the school long, he also says ‘ my son isn’t staying at his nursery long either. He questions my daughter over a scratch along like trying to build a case against me. I am scared of what he has planned. Court order prohibition step order so he can’t remove them.. he tells my daughter stuff about court and haven told not to. I am scared he is planning something under handed. I want to email and ask whats going on ? But maybe get in touch with solicitor she did say I could but I don’t know if I still have legal aid ? My daughter said she told him in want to stay at school and be with mum. I promote contact , I’m very polite and encourage contact but he will not stop and it’s not because of the kids I believe he is using it to play Games. What do I do ?
