Hi there.
I am new to mums net and not sure if i am in the correct place. Long stort cut short i have a beautiful 7 month old daughter and i split up from her father when she was around 2 months old. I have never refused my ex partner to see her. I gave him every oppotunity possible. He would come 2 - 3 x a weel at around 7pm to see her for a hour as she is in bed for 8pm. This was off his own accord. Reciently he has just found out i have been for a few drinks with another man.. Which he must have somehow took this to heart. He has ignored every phone call and text message i have sent for 2 ans a half weeks. He has not bothered to come and see her. He has now told me a solictors letter is on the way.
I am confused to what this letter will say? I have offered him every day to see his daughter and he is either busy and dosent turn up, or has his other children from a previous relationship and cant come. I have rang him ever day and text him asking if he is coming to see her and no reply.
I personally dont want my daughter going out for a full day with him and going to his parents etc were he lives as she is 7 month old and is not used to him at all. What do i do? Sorry for the long post however i am honestly at my whits end. I cant sleep on a night time with worry.
