How much maintainence would you say would be a fair amount from an ex for one child, when the ex earns approx £750-£900 a week?

According to the CSA calculate-maintenance site here at 750-assuming no other children and less than 52 nights staying contact a year - should be 112 per week?

Lolly68 · 02/10/2007 16:30

Me and my partner are splitting up and he will be giving me £750 per month. I work full time and so does he and our childcare is £1000 per month. It is only fair that he pays half of that.

gives lolly a kiss on the cheek

gordieracer if you go through the CSA it will be 15% of his net wages, its better if you can come to an arrangement between yourselves.
