I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but I feel like it's time to end things with my partner, i love hom dearly still but he's cheated multiple times since before we had our child and continued since. (other things have happened alongside this which I don't feel comfortable saying right now) It's really began to impact my mental state and I've become quite depressed. However we have a two year old together and I'm confused about my rights as her mum, who she would reside with mostly and how to arrange child contact etc. While we've not split up uet, I'm trying to find out what happens next if anyone has experienced something similar? Thank you x

In sorry you are in this situation. Everyone's situations is different. Depends on people's work patterns and what suits each family. Some start and stick with 50/50. More traditionally it is every other weekend and I might in the week for the non resident parent.

In my situation the kids hardly see their dad.
