I've been battling for the last two years to get my ex husbands dividend amounts taken into account for CMS. I really don't understand why this just isn't done automatically. I made a complaint via MP in Feb, but its still on hold as apparently CMS aren't dealing with complaints currently.
Anyway, I was googling to try and get more ideas to get this sorted and came across this petition which might be of interest to some of you - its to try and get CMS reviewed, including taking into account all income automatically:
