Sleep

My ex is not putting our young teenage children to bed so they stay up all night. They currently have mental health issues and it is not good for them to be up alone without an adult all night.

So when they come back to mine they cannot sleep because they have stayed up all night and slept all day! As we do 50/50 a day at either house I have this problem every other day. I also need to get up early for work so cannot stay up all night with them myself that they want me too. Ex does not stay up all night with them!

This is not good for them. Anyone got an ideas on how to break this cycle / get help.

They are old enough that they can put themselves to bed. Have a reasoned conversation with them and say can you please go to bed earlier, it’s affecting my work and therefore our household money and therefore ultimately your money.
