Ex husband won’t let me see kids still (covid19)

Name change for this - ex husband is the resident parent and since lockdown began he had breached our child arrangements order to stop me seeing the kids. To clarify - no one in my house or his house is classed as a risk/shielded, I’m still working but mainly from home and totally contactless if I have to go out to do my job (mainly lone working in my own vehicle). I’m NOT frontline by any stretch of the imagination. I’ve tried to reassure him I’m following all the rules and being so careful. All my shopping is home delivery but he’s gone out for click and collect (not just for groceries either) I haven’t seen my children apart from FaceTime 2/3 times a week since Mother’s Day. Am I allowed to apply for an enforcement order? Please help Sad

So sorry you're going through this Flowers

Yes, you can apply for an enforcement order.

The government & CAFCASS have been clear - children can travel between homes for contact.

It’s not up to the resident parent to unilaterally decide to stop contact.

I would tell them if they do not resume contact you will take them to court for breaching the contact order.
