I'm hoping someone can help!
I've just had a letter from child maintenance saying my ex is earning less that £7 so no longer qualifies to pay.
He has his own business (very well off!) and has 'stopped working on paper' but work off the books!
He never paid a great deal as always played with his earnings to show less.
Would he be claiming benefits or anything? It's saying they will review in November?
If he was honest and said he couldn't afford etc it would be different. But I know full well this is purely done to get my back up - he's loaded.
