Not related to corona virus, my ex has informed CSA that he is no longer in employment and will not be claiming any benefits. His wife is a high earner and he is now not working to take over school runs. Where does this leave me? Confused

You won’t get any maintenance if he isn’t working or claiming. My ex doesn’t work or claim benefits for 3 years now so no maintenance in 3 years. Cms won’t do anything
