I know I'm not alone in feeling so scared about this but as a single parent l am terrified of something happening to me 
My Dd is 17 so not young and probably classed as old enough to cope on her own but suffers badly with anxiety. My son is in Australia and obviously unable to get home.
I can't stop thinking about this tonight.
