HIya, just wanted to say morning, and was wondering how r are?

I have been chatting to a nice guy at the weekend. Yet just found out, which is really bizarre, that he has lost most of his hair over the last 2 yrs or so.

Its bizarre becuase i was only saying a few dya back why havent most of the guys got any pmsl.

Yet this guy wore a cap in mostof his pics, and has a lovely lovely face, and after the surpirse, when he (bless) showed me, i just liked him even more.

God, i feel really happy to be talking to him, but i do wonder if i am ready for this, as we have spoken about maybe a date. I hate web cams but he put his on last night, and i was like swwooooooooon! He is lovely.

Yet he's not long out of a relationship where he was let down and i just don't need to be re assuring someone of my good intentions and 'nice ness'

i know i am getting all deep here, but my welbeing is on the line too. This is all very weird and new.

!!!!

hi
that all sounds good, tell us who he is then!
ive been chatting to someone who only lives 8 miles away and is v good looking but when i told him ive had all my long hair cut short he is not so keen!! but says he will meet me in a couple of weeks "so it mayve grown by then?"
does he think i am flaming Rapunzel?

pirategirl · 10/09/2007 10:14

lol, hmm yes hair is a very very important issue, if you have a strict preference.

Has this guy seen your new look?

I am a hair person, have always liked shaggy mop hair on guys.

I feel like i am out of my comfort zone in many ways on this guy, but maybe its a good thing.

lets face it I need the expereince!!

I dont want to say who he is yet.

oh yeah and he's quite shy, i dont like ego wankers, so i guess i would have to meet him to know 'how shy' like, nicely shy, or tongue tied rubbish shy?

what a cow i am lol.

My POF guy has Vernon Kaye type hair - the shaggy/moppy sort. Swooon indeed. I've never dated someone with such nice hair. In fact before he came over and stayed on Friday we had to have a serious chat ... about his hair straighteners. I'm not joking! It was hilarious!

I'm seeing mine again on Thursday night. Then again on Saturday. It's all good so far!

Allgone, LOL at your Rapunzel comment!

i have to say, from the pics of the bloke ive been chatting to, he does seem to have a fine crop of lush floppy hair too!

at all you finding men!!

I only managed to attract the pervs !! (I wonder if men think that I need a good seeing to cos it's been 5 yrs?!!! - seems to be that way )

BoleynGirl · 10/09/2007 15:42

I had my share of pervs, too. It's funny because this guy and I only had 3 emails on POF before he gave me his number. I then waited a few days and texted. We then texted for a few days, then arranged to meet up. Talked the day before we met up and that was it. His picture on POF does not do him justice at all. I felt very lucky when I saw him. And he's tall, too.

Is it just me or do you find dating can be tiring? I sometimes reach the point where I can't be bothered. I think if the dates with this guy hadn't gone well I'd have given up again for a while.

Thankfully that's not the case, for a change!

lou33 · 10/09/2007 16:15

yes pg it was

i got him to cut my grass tho so it's all good

pirategirl · 10/09/2007 16:16

I want to be noticed, but chatting and stuff, and sussing guys out, I have been on my own with dd for 2 yrs and I almost cant see a way for a man to even fit into our lives.

yes, it must be a real high/incentive that your is going well.
