What is your Work / home life balance?

You have children for limited time- when they are with another parent you can do what ever needs to be done.

I struggle in normal times, working 4 days and keeping sane with the gym and a social life when the kids are at their dads.
During Covid, working full time plus , out of the home (NHS). Kids pre/teen at home all the time (Dad is also a key worker) watching whatever on Netflix and doing very little school work. I run when I can; it helps but basically I feel like crap.
