Does anyone have any experience with homeschooling as a lone parent when you know ex won’t want child to be homeschooled? I would like to homeschool my little one but if ex took me to court saying he doesn’t want little to be homeschooled what would happen? Thanks

If the other parent has PR they have a right to be involved in decisions about education so yes, he could take you to court and you would need to be able to prove that home Ed is in your child's best interest and your ex would have to prove school is
