Another CSA question...

When they say '£10 a week', do they actually pay it weekly or does it depend on ex-h's pay cycle? I got my arrears paid and was expecting £10 this week but haven't had anything. Was wondering if they'll pay £40 4 weekly as I know ex-h gets paid 4 weekly ?

you will get it monthly

EscapeFrom · 01/09/2007 08:31

ha. If you get it at all.

Well, I'm not holding my breath but it would be nice

well if they've paid you your arrears then u should get your psyments....unless he leaves his job

zmandaz · 01/09/2007 10:13

Yeah, I'm waiting for that to happen. I reckon that if they leave their job by choice they should still have to pay the same amount. Mind you, they'd probably just make sure they got sacked then!

I was told I'd get £5 a week. I had a lump sum of £45 in March and have never had a penny since, and the CSA can't seem to tell me why.
