I would like ideas on what contact agreement to write up for an unreasonable ex. He does shift work so I'm asking for ideas on what I should draw up. He gets two days off a week which is different every week but he's entitled to one full weekend off a month. Sometimes he gets more than one weekend but he's contracted to only being allowed one weekend off in principle. At the moment my ex comes and goes as he sees fit. Coming to morning school run when it suits just to justify his erratic contact schedule. So what types of agreements have you got?
I was planning to tell him he can come one day a week for them after school and drop them to their school the next day and then he can have them in his one weekend a month off. Would they be fair? Then I don't have to have him coming over every other day for a few hours.
