Single parent holidays with babysitters/ child care

I don’t even know if this will exist- I’d love any recommendations for a single parent holiday in the UK with the options of babysitters/ childcare included for a six year old girl and an eight year old boy? I’d like to be able to get up and go for a run in the morning or do an activity without the children like go and have a glass of wine in the evening. My children live with me full time and I never get time off so I’d love a holiday which allowed me some me time.

OMG no advice OP but that would be bloody fantastic!!! I’m on my own with my 2 year old (coming up to a year now), I’ve got him full time so no reprieve either! I love him to bits but It’s exhausting and I have no family nearby who can help. I work full time and I feel I’m playing catch-up at the weekends... I hope someone comes on here and tells us that such holiday places exist x

Thank you for the replies. Sakura03 I’m so with you- yes it is extremely hard work- it’s thankless and although it’s rewarding, it can be grueling. I’ve had a look at the Sands Resort as it’s closer to me than the Scottish suggestions. I think I’m going to give it a try for a night or two during the feb half term. I’ll report back! I’m very grateful for the responses x
