Ex has just informed me that in a month's time I will have to do all pick ups.
For the last three years (at his insistence) he has dropped them back.
He moved 12 miles away. Previously 2 minutes walk away.
I might be open to picking up half of the time. But would like to know what the concensus is on this.
I know. Only 12 miles. But I work late shifts when the kids are with him. I'm knackered.
There are road works in the area that mean it take 40+ minutes.

And I'm just fed up of being told what to do.

I think you should do half of them if at all possible because although he moved away it's not a massive distance. Or you could both compromise and meet half way between your homes?

I agree. I would be OK doing half the pick ups.
It's just very hard to get any discussions going with ex. He is always right. I am always wrong.
I have offered doing half.
If he rejects it, am I being unreasonable to say talk to my solicitor?

CalleighDoodle · 10/12/2019 22:21

‘That doesnt work for me.’

We used to meet half way to swap over.
