I have two children. Exh pays maintenance based on both children being with him overnight a certain number of nights.
My eldest will no longer go overnight. Am i able to amend the maintenance amount?
Im not being grabby but im noticing that my monthly outgoings have increased since he no longer goes.
Ive tried looking for answers on line but coming up short.
