She has been a nightmare all day basically, and I ended up losing the plot, smacking her and sending her to her room. I went up to speak to her and she just found the whole thing hilarious, which annoyed me even more so I told her she couldn't come down.
She has just sent ds down with a card she has made with 'i am sorry, i love you' on it.
