Hello,

I have a 6 month old baby and just found out I'm pregnant again. I'm thrilled!
However, I live in a temporary accommodation flat given to me by the council. I am not on any benefit apart from housing benefit as I do work! And I also have to contribute to my rent.
My work does not pay a lot so I had to reach out to the council for housing as I simply would not be able to afford private renting.

I'm now wondering if they would possibly give me a 2 bed hopefully permanent accommodation as it would be really cramped here.

What are the chances??

depending on sexes of both children, you will eventually get a two bed. Emphasis on ‘eventually’

I think with the age of baby you would be applying for 2 bed anyway.

You should speak to council on their policy
