I have a 2 year old daughter. Her dad has left me in the last couple of weeks, he just doesn't love me and cant carry on living a lie.

Single parenthood is scaring me, moving on etc all seems so daunting.

Any advice? Help? Any thing that might help would really be appreciated x

Just go Day by day. You have had a big shock and it will take time to adjust.
Gather people around you for support. Try and keep yourself busy and remember to eat

Get money and contacted agreed so you know where you stand and you all get into a good routine.

It takes time be kind to yourself

Me and my daughter's father split when she was 5 months, he then had nothing to do with her through his choice she's 6 now it was always just me and her until a year ago, just keep yourself busy, even go baby groups etc, its scary but its also twice as rewarding seeing how youre babies grow good luck xx

You will be fine. I’m a single parent to 4, just take it one day at a time it’s still very early days for you
