Ex's Girlfriend

I have had multiple tales now of the ex's girlfriend displaying bullying behavior towards my children. After their latest return I called my ex and asked him to return to mine so we call all sit and talk about it, to which he refused.
He is questioning that the children are telling the truth. These are children of 11 and 9 so not babies.
I am currently at a complete loss what to do.

What do the children want to do? Is there a cap?

Depends what she is doing document everything . It may be worth contacting a solicitor/ ss/ nspcc for advice depending on the behaviour.
