Can he take me back to court again

Looking for advice please. Ex took me to court last year but when they seen the evidence he only had certain amount of contact. Now he is threatening to take me back to court again.

The court order was only set out in May, can he do this? Will I have to go through all of this again? How many times can he take me back?

Thanks

What do you mean? That he only turned up for some of his contact but not all? Or he wants more?
Have you stopped contact

Sorry what I meant was that he didn't get the contact he asked for when he took me to court and he's been threatening since that he's taking me back to court to get what he wants. No haven't stopped contact.

He can apply - it's unlikely to be any different to 3 months ago so try not to stress. I doubt he will go through with it. No solicitor would recommend it.

Yes he can keep going back to court.
As child grows then needs will change [although 3 months is a little soon]. If he wasnt successful the first time then unfortunately he is up against the "no order principle" meaning there has to be a clear advantage or significant change in circumstance to vary the order otherwise its left the same.

He will need to go to mediation first so that might be a good opportunity for you to discuss with him the best way you can both parent for childs best interest rather than him having to keep going back to court to see his own child.

Yes. My DB gave it a year. And he got what he originally asked for.. Plus more.

@Qwerty19 oh gosh. That's terrible. How old is your child or children? Cafcass could see my argument and because they are very young he didn't get what he wanted. It's just constant threats now that he's going to take me back and get what he wants. He's definitely not thinking about their interest it's just to get at me.
