Need help with nanny reference

Hey guys. My previous nanny is in need of a written reference for a job she's desperate to get. I haven't a clue where to start and am not a natural with writing . She literally saved my life when I needed help and I want to give her a spectacular ref. By any chance would anyone have some tips or a template I could follow? Thank u ❤

Start with the position she held and between what dates.
What qualities did she have that made her an excellent Nanny, how did she care for the children, did you work in partnership well to decide the children's routine and how to use discipline.
Was she prompt to work, did she notice jobs without asking, was she flexible.
For example the best au pair I had was not asked to walk the dog, but took my DD and my dog for a walk each day as they both needed the exercise. She noticed when dishwasher was full and switched it on and emptied it if it was finished it's cycle.
