so thats the 1st day of the summer hold done, wtf are we gonna do for the next 50 odd...

Well we went swimming, dragged that out as long as pos with a bowl of cheesy chips at the cafe.

Went round to se a friend for a cuppa, then came home.

I KNOW i have alot to be thankful for, yet I am justnot looking forward to this break. DD 5 and I are going to be at loggerheads within about 4 days I can see it coming.

Last summer didnt fill me with the same sort of bored resentment as this one seems to.

Ah, yes , last summer thats when we had some sun.

I just feel tired already

so everyone loves the summer hols???

i was really looking forward to hols, but last 3 days have been hell, am counting the minutes til they go back. they have been so awful i have told them i they are not perfectly behaved from now on we are not going away, i am completely serious. they have been in bed for half an hour and havent heard anything so maybe the rant worked [hopeful]

Nope! And mine are 4 months, I am at uni with 3yr old dd.

It is knackering.

My advice, plan, routine, etc. We usually go out morning; friend, soft play, park, swimming, something! Then home for lunch, nap (guess you don't have that!), sometimes out again (if I can be arsed), dinner, bath, bed.

Baking is a good indoorsy thing, and my dd's bead set usually whiles a way an hour or!

Today I have been terrible, low and listless so it has been all about DVDs...

3 and half weeks done, 3 and half weeks still to go. Is that light I see at the end of the tunnel.

lucky me dd doesnt brake up til 310pm tomorrow then she has a week of play scheme 10am-3pm
then we are going to my friend for a week in blackpool
then home for a week
then dd is at my parents for a week
then back a day then my friends wedding
then theres only 1 & half weeks left

they will go so quick for us

yaaaaay!!!

but i surpose there is still time for arguing & upset but i hope there wont be any
