It's been a while since I had dealing with Cafcass myself and I was so stressed at the time it's a bit of a blur.
So I was hoping someone could help. Dp's ex solicitor has requested for him and her to write and exchange a statement for Cafcass as they are going to be doing a section 7.
Cafcass haven't mentioned this at all and have just booked him a time to talk, and I don't remember this being a thing.
So are you meant to exchange a prior statement?
