I'd meet him at the door, say than k you and slam it in his face.
Has he got a job yet?

nutcracker · 20/07/2007 17:38

Nope no job.

Believe me i'd love to have him not come in at all, but as the kids want to see him I can't do that.

Why can't he take them to the park or to his place then??

nutcracker · 20/07/2007 17:46

It is peeing it down so park no good and his place is a skanky bedsit about 30 min each way by bus.

He doesn't even buy them a pack of sweets so have given up hope of anything else tbh.

Oh well,at least he shows some commitment by coming so far eh?
Lots of blokes wouldn't.

nutcracker · 20/07/2007 18:05

The job centre gave him a daysaver Moondog, thats the only reason he came today.

He's gone now anyway, after a row.

Oh dear..
You sorted for college yet?

nutcracker · 20/07/2007 18:17

Not quite, have re
applied, just got to wait and see now.

Am so bloody fed up today, he just so rubs me up the wrong way. Here I am struggling to pay bloody bills and there is him buying a bloody tacky ornament from a charity shop, makes me so mad.

I saw a top reduced to £2 the other day, did i buy it, did i buggary, because I had decided to get the dd's a book each from the charity shop for getting such good reports and I couldn't buy both.

He read the reports, did he buy them anything, bag of sweets, colouring book, tatt from the £1 shop, no, bloody nothing as normal.

Think I am just stressed today, kids have broken up and am dreading having nothing to do for 7 weeks. Plus I have nothing in for tea and the kids are moaning they are hungry.

Ive pinned a booklet from the council with freebie activitys going on to the pinboard. Bet we never make it to any of them.
Tell you whats a hit in my house..and cheap...food colouring in the bath, with spoons plastic cups etc. Dilute it in a cup first or it does stain, although it does come off, but if you dilute it first and dont let them have the bottle(silly me) its effortless fun for them and peace for you

nutcracker · 20/07/2007 19:23

Ohh good idea CC, will try that.
