I was wondering if anyone knows how long it is to get court papers i had a letter off my exs solicitor saying the papers were with the court this was 15th march. But i havent had anything. I have a feeling its not been done🙄

Is this for contact arrangements? In my experience you would have heard by now if the application had gone in then.

I had a letter off a solicitors to say my ex has submitted the court papers and that they will contact me when a date is through this was on 15th march i received the letter, so im thinking he went to his solicitors and lied saying he had done it. Because at the end of the letter it said something about allowing contact before court. I havent allowed contact and have a solictor myself now with legal aid

The court would notify you direct of the court date once it was set.
