So this morning a recieve a letter off ex saying he wants parental responsibility and for me to agree or he is taking me to court to apply for one! Ive had to chuckle to myself as he already has it!! He also text me yesterday saying just to let you know as i have to apply for mediation etc i wont have money to spend on/do things with our son!!
I have stopped contact due to son coming home in soaking nappies, not being fed right, ex coming and going as he pleases and giving me ultimatums, i finished the relationship after months of trying and he wouldnt leave, he is controlling and abusive mentally and emotionally i tried to get on with him for our sons sake but he uses contact again to send nasty messages and shout at me when getting my son back. I dont know where to go from here 😔😔😔
