Hey all

I'm looking for a bit of advise please.

My husband left us last year and has recently changed his job and dropped his maintenance money considerably and I don't believe he is paying the right amount.

He works for the NHS so gets a basic rate and then a percentage for working evenings/nights and then extra for overtime.

My question is. If i go to the cms to collect money will they work it out on a monthly basis or will they just do it on a basic wage?

I know it sounds like I'm money grabbing but he has a right to pay for his children too

Anything he earns that's taxable you are entitled to, to enable you to provide for your child that you share and he no longer looks after 24/7.

Hope that helps.
