CMA Payments and online

Last month I had my first payment (collect and pay) on the 11th December. Online said odd get next payment by 19th +2/3 days. But no payment. Online today shows next payment is February 19th.

Anyone else had this? Are they going to miss a month?

My payments are through CMS however it's direct pay and not collect and pay but I find it updates online as the payment has been made even if it hasn't or it's late.
It's only if I contact them to advise I haven't had payment they adjust / chase for Payment.
However I've never gone on to collect and pay so unsure of how that fully works as they're supposed to take direct out of the wages.
