Me and my ex had buyers for our home which he lives in since we split and me and my 2 year moved some where else near my family.
Although he's now decided he wants to buy me out with 2 weeks until the sale goes through/ exchange.
He said he will pay me my split in 2 weeks although I've not seen any proof and he's now lost our buyers.
I'm very worried this is going to go very wrong and I will see no money.
As a single mum with no maintenance as he's been paying the mortgage I can't afford legal help through this. I don't get free legal aid as I have to much tied up in capital with this property.
Does anyone know anyone that can help me act as my solicitor for free? Have you had any experience?
