Managing two families

I support my parents and I support my child.
And I am supporting myself.

How much more do I have to do , just to survive?
I think I'm stronger than before but I feel I'm less capable of many situations I've got to come across.

I’m just catching up in this board and saw that you hadn’t any replies yet, in the Christmas rush. Sounds like you are doing a lot of supporting.. more than the norm. I help my parents in small practical ways but don’t financially support them. I’d feel pretty stressed if I did
