Solicitor letter going out today. Bricking it!

So it's come to this point with EA ex that i am sending a letter out via solicitors today to say he can't have dc more than he currently does (ea ex wants increased contact).

I'm really scared about the ramifications of this. Thinking it will make it worse with ex behaviour but need to create boundaries.

Hand hold please! Any positive stories around this?

Sorry , why wouldn't you want your ex spending more time with the children ? What sort of behaviour are you speaking of ?
