Is it to unreasonable to expect a phone call or card by 12 on my birthday?

My ex has my son who is 4.5 yr this weekend. its my birthday and i have not received a phonecall or card at all. My mum and sister have called this morning.

Am i being unreasonable. Ex know how important birthdays are to me.

Am on my own this evening too.

I am not bothered by the ex but my son is with him this weekend.

Have just got a call but today has been crap today. Really crap.

He knows its my birthday. I asked him why i hadnt call a call this morning and was told ' I didnt turn my phone on'

my exp is exactly the same he doesnt get me even a card from my dd

It wasnt just that but new boyfriend arranged to meet up with some of my friends to meet for the first time and he got out of the car said he would go and get changed. This was at 1, its now 730 and he texted saying he needed to let off steam. And i didnt even get a card from him.

Have to meet you mojo. We have a mutual friend.

To make this weekend worse, i just got dumped guess i should have expected it from yesterday.
