Moody with toddler

I feel like I am moody/grumpy with my toddler all the time. I snap at her and moan and occasionally shout, not to scare her but to get her to behave. I feel like the worst parent in the world and like in negatively affecting her.

I do it alone and have a 4 month old baby too.

Does anyone have any advice for this?

Thanks

Try positive reinforcement maybe? Like giving her a treat when she behaves and saying no you can't have pudding (or insert relevant reward) when she doesn't. Being positive may make you feel better as well
