Ex left in June. July he was told he had to pay me 288 a month by direct pay from CMA. He paid £250 in early August and none since. CMA have phoned and wrote to him and had no reply. I've requested collect and pay. He works for NHS so should be straight forward shouldn't it?
He bought a house last week and I reckon he's going to say he can't afford to pay it now. Do they take this into consideration?
