Can you imagine?

Can you imagine laying in your bed with your eyes closed seeing flashes of images, and you don't know what they are? Can you imagine you have your favourite music on in the background which your brain interprets as just noise? Can you imagine knowing you are upset and angry but don't feel them emotions? The only thing you feel is a Knott in your tummy. Can you imagine feeling alone when surrounded by people you know you love, but struggle to feel that love today? Can you imagine being so strong all the time and all of sudden your not? Can you imagine just being a shell or your former self and no one realises you are not your normal self? Can you imagine? What people with a mental health disorder go through when they are tried and exhausted.

I dont imagine, that is me every single day!

I feel exactly how you wrote that! Can i imagine that one day this gets better....I wish I could say yes and i hope one day i can, or tell someone else it does get better.

@Jenny0606 I honstly do hope one day it gets better for you. The feelings are the worst I have ever felt in a long time.
I struggle with my own stressful circumstances, work, uni, kids, student finance. I spent the weekend in bed last weekend and it really helped me. I have also had to give work up while finishing uni.
I have startrd to do self help and self love. Maybe this can help you?

I look in the mirror every day and like something I don't like. Ie my weight I talk about things I like ie my eyes. Every day though.

I also try and make time for me. Face mask at night, relaxed bath instead of a rushed shower, paiting my toe nails. I do these while listening to smooth radio, I'm unsure why but that type if music relaxes me (maybe coz it's what I grew up with).

Also guided meditation, I play this through you tube at night, there is loads on there that help.

Also if I need to I have calms just 2 a day to help settle nerves if I feel a build up.

All these are new but they seem to be helping so far, I hope they help you to xx
