Enforcement of contact order

My ex wants to see the kids and we have a child arrangement order in place to stop him trying to bully me (his favourite game). Court was fine, judge very understanding. Part of the order is to use a contact book which my ex has now refused since July.

This week my eldest has been sick due to something he ate. The doctor wanted to know so I emailed ex to find out (as he'd failed to fill in contact book as he's supposed to). He ignored me because he apparently knows better than the doctor.

I'm so angry he's gambled my child's life with this (serious late development allergy). Has anyone any experience of applying to enforce an order? Is it worth it?

Thanks!

I wouldn’t waste your time or money. You can’t force someone to be a decent parent unfortunately.

That's what I'm worried about. He wants to see them, but doesn't want to do the work (because writing a few sentences is so hard).

But this time it risked our child's health and like a lot of bullies my ex doesn't like to be told off by those bigger than him (a judge).

How old is your eldest BrainWorms?

Write to the GP explaining that your child's father refuses to respond to the GP's request.
That will be recorded in your child's medical record.

He's six, he was able to say what he'd eaten roughly but they'd been to some buffet where he'd tried new stuff he didn't know.

Yeah GP already has it logged and ex (helpfully), actually put in an email (responded to my second) that he'd ignored me on purpose, and that he'd decided he knew better than the doctor.
