This is becoming very good therapy! Lol

Xs gf dropped her off and told me that they will no longer be having DD in the week and that details will be in the solicitor's letter.
I am completely and totally bemused. He's willingly dropped his weekly access. I have no idea yet what he is going for instead... I really can't imagine why he would just want every other weekend.
I'm so intrigued as to what the solicitor's letter is going to say.
I'm glad to say though that the anger has gone!
He can't get a contact order as I'm offering regular contact, he can't get a residency order as he just can't (no job, doesn't have his own home), he can't have every weekend as DD is entitled to quality time with me at the weekends too (I work full time). What's the point in going for different days in the week? Midweek means that DD doesn't have to go too long without seeing him again.
I am totally bemused. Will keep you posted (if anyone's in the least bit interested!)

Actually, can anyone suss him out - am I missing something?

Hi, could it be that said GF doesn't want the 'bother' of looking after little one and is pressuring him? Intriguing as you say but as long as all is going through the solicitor then there's no come back on you 'preventing' access... as that's always a good trick!
Hope it works in your favour x

Why is gf dropping him off instead of him? From what you say he is changing a good arrangement, I stopped trying to understand my ex a while ago, it makes things easier!
