Help hangover from hell

I know I only have myself to blame. 😩 but me and oh had a rare child free night last night. I got so drunk which I never do 😔. I even had a cigarette and I don't even smoke !!

Been throwing up since 3am
Nothin left in me but bile and this horrible nausea! I can deal with everything else it's not being able to sleep as I have this sick feeling , can anyone recommend anything that can help ?? Pepto Bismal? Thanku so much xx 🤢🤢

Diarolyte or some other rehydration sachet, mixed into a berocca. Sink in one. Works best if you drinkmit before bed but it’s never too late OP!

Sleep and weak no milk tea with sugar.

You need cheese on toast, kettle chips and coke.

Then an Indian takeaway this evening.

It's the only way.

As I am single Mum as oh just my bf n don't live with me & u defo do hav special powers ! I've just had dioraylite chewing on some dry toast now 😷
