Hello all, Im writing because I have some concerns about my ex, his never met my daughter yet, because I had concerns over who he would bring her into contact with, when it got to court, for the second time, I was shocked to say the least the information that was sent to me before hand by the ss in regards to him and the rest of his family, to say the least supervised contact had to be agreed to , and his name etc on the birth certificate , this part does concern me if he obtained a copy of it, as to why he would want one, both him and his ex who he hangs around a lot are both mentally unstable , and it bring to question why he would want it, what he could use it for , and what his rights are as the other parent these days, Im not a fan of not knowing what is going on in my childs life when they are not with me, can some sort of written agreement be made which is binding? in the future?, I got left with so many unanswered questions after leaving court, I don't even know how long the supervised contact is meant to last, as the stuff that was layed out in the court order was all very basic;/
