Court pending . Hitting home

Court pending next week, i broke court order, not sat in same room as ex the father to our son since 2013. Feel sick, cant sleep,scared

He is on block on all contact methods. I wanna knw its gonna b ok. Cant face him im panicing an theres stil a week to go.

How have you broken court order? I would get legal advice It will be impossible to resolve anything without contact so is also relevant
